Tuesday set the tone: 69° at MSP, a low of 46° and not a drop of rain. Wednesday runs it back a notch warmer, with sunshine and a high near 71. The wind is south southwest at 0 to 5 mph, which is about as calm as it gets.
The overnight hours are a little backwards. The low lands around 47 early, then temperatures climb to around 50 before the night is over. Early walks to class start mild. Bring a light layer if you like, but it'll be riding in your backpack by afternoon. Waiting on a Green Line platform or at a bus stop won't be much of a hardship.
Wednesday night stays mostly clear with a low around 48 and the wind fading to around 0 mph. It's a good evening for anything outdoors, whether that's a walk along the river or a late study session on a bench.
The good stretch holds after that. Thursday is sunny with a high near 74, and Thursday night only drops to around 55. Friday stays mostly sunny near 73, with one catch: a south southeast wind at 5 to 15 mph and gusts as high as 30 mph. Hang onto loose papers and anything else that can blow away.
